Obituary
 Bucyrus - Clemence V. Volkmer, 64, of Brokensword died today at 7:30 am at the Bucyrus Community Hospital of pneumonia and a coronary attack.
 Born Feb. 25, 1899, in Crawford County, he was the son of John and

Elizabeth Laipply Volkmer. His mother survives and resides in Brokensword. On Dec. 30, 1922, he married Eileen Cox, who also survives. A life resident of Brokensword, he ws a member of the Concord Methodist Church. He was a foreman at the Swan Rubber Co., in Bucyrus. Other survivors include four sons, Cloyd and Murray, both of Bucyrus, Arlo at the home and Wade of Brokensword; a daughter Mrs. Janet Green of Bucyrus; three brothers, Russell of Coldwater, Mich., Ray of Bucyrus and Carl of Brokensword, and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3:30 pm in the Wise Funeral Home. Rev. Loren Kuhn will officaite. Burial will be in Brokensword Cemetery.
